Retro Daddy is a creative and AI studio operating the website retrodaddy.org and offering content, photography, social, and web services.

You may browse the site and submit enquiries for legitimate purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Prices and Quote Builder results are indicative estimates, shown in a currency based on your approximate region. They are not a binding offer. A final scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

We work to defined turnarounds and include a set number of revisions per deliverable, as agreed for your project. Rush timelines may carry an additional fee, which we confirm in advance.

On full payment, you own the intellectual property in the final deliverables we create for you — we hold the work in trust, not for ourselves. We may display finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Payment terms are agreed per engagement. Work may pause if agreed payments are overdue.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the materials and instructions you give us, and for holding the rights to any content you ask us to use.

We deliver our work with care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the appropriate courts in India.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The current version, with its date, always lives on this page.
